Production and Processing
All posters are produced within 1 business day after your order and payment have been confirmed.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after production is completed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays;
- Severe weather;
- Public holidays;
- High-volume sales periods;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses; or
- Other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address. Additional shipping costs may apply when an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
For damaged orders, please provide your order number and clear photographs of the poster, packaging and shipping label.
When an order is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, Grey N Gold Studios may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
