4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials and images accurately.

Actual colours may vary slightly because of monitor settings, screen calibration, lighting and normal printing differences. Minor colour variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Frames, accessories or decorative items shown in product images are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Product images, descriptions and availability may be updated without notice.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability;
Pricing or description errors;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
An incomplete or incorrect delivery address;
A violation of these Terms; or
Inability to produce or deliver the requested product.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin production.

When we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

6. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout where available.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

7. Production and Shipping

Orders normally require 1 business day of production time. Completed orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after production. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Additional shipping conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
Failure to collect a package;
Refusal of delivery;
Unsuccessful delivery attempts; or
Delivery instructions provided by the customer.

Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the address provided, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Orders may generally be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Because production normally starts within one business day, cancellation may not be possible after printing has started.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable federal, state or local law.

10. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colours and other customisation details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for mistakes contained in information or artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

Custom, personalized and custom-sized products may not be cancelled or returned for change of mind after production begins. They may still qualify for a remedy when damaged, defective or incorrectly produced.

11. Customer-Supplied Content

When you upload photographs, artwork, logos, wording or other material, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it;
Our production of the requested product will not infringe another person's rights;
The content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive or misleading; and
The content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

You grant Grey N Gold Studios a limited, non-exclusive license to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to process, produce and fulfil your order.

We may reject or cancel orders containing material that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, obscene or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

The website and its content — including designs, artwork, photographs, product images, logos, graphics, wording and website layout — are owned by or licensed to Grey N Gold Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical poster does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights to the customer.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

13. Customer Reviews

Customers may submit honest reviews based on their genuine experiences.

Reviews must not contain:

False or misleading statements;
Content unrelated to the product or transaction;
Personal or confidential information;
Threats, harassment or discriminatory material;
Spam or promotional links; or
Content that infringes another person's rights.

We may moderate content for these reasons, but we will not restrict a customer's right to express an honest opinion about our products or services.
